Shipping Policy

Ready-made and simple items like keychains, lanyards, and camera straps in our standard colors ship within 7-10 business days*. Occasionally, we may be out of stock on a standard color included in your order, which may cause a shipping delay. We will inform you by email if this happens.

Rush shipping available for a $15 fee. Rush orders will be sent via Priority 2-day within 3-5 business days.

If your order requires a special color we do not normally carry, please allow an extra 7 business days* from the time of your order until shipping.

Custom paracord wrapped orders such as walking sticks and paddles ship within 4-6 weeks* of receiving your item for wrapping, whether it is a personal item you send me or an item I purchase to wrap for you.

Large orders: excluding custom wrapped items or items with special colors) will ship within 8-12 weeks, depending on type of products ordered and current order queue. Everything is made by my own hands and does take me time to do.

I, Anthony King of Five Fifty Master Creations, am not responsible for your package once I deliver it to the postal carrier, including loss, theft, or damage. If your item has shipped and you have not received it within 7 business days of receiving a shipping notification, please contact the appropriate postal carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. according to your shipping notification) to assist you in finding or redirecting your package.

I am not responsible for errors in the mailing address you give me upon placing your order. If you realize an error in your shipping address prior to receiving a shipping notification, please email me immediately at fivefiftycreations@gmail.com with the subject “Urgent” and your order number so I can correct the address. Please note this may cause a slight delay in shipping your product. If the error in mailing address is discovered after you receive a shipping notification, please contact the appropriate postal carrier to intercept and redirect your package.

**Shipping times and rates subject to change at any time without prior notice, though I will try to communicate via email to those who are signed up for our email list.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds beyond 24 hours after you place your order, including returns, except when the item is broken or defective upon receipt. See below regarding cancellations.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange ready-made items in our standard colors for the cost of shipping and returning the original product and, in the case of exchanges, shipping for the new, final product for which you exchange your original product.

Exchanges are limited to the same product as your original order, but you may exchange for a different color or size for the cost of shipping your new product.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or special colors.

Requests for different knot or technique from your original order will be treated as new order unless requested within 24 hours. If you change your mind about the knot or technique within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact me immediately so I can edit your order fivefiftycreations@gmail.com. Please note this may cause a slight delay in shipping your order and that you may incur an additional fee for more complicated knots or wrapping techniques.

Please contact us if you need any help ordering so we can ensure your product is exactly what you want when you receive it.

Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. Due to the customized nature of our 550 creations, we are unable to accommodate cancellations after 24 hours.

What colors can I choose from?

Please visit our Colors page to see the colors available. We try to keep the Colors page up-to-date but occasionally have more colors than are listed. If you do not see the color you’re hoping for, please ask us if we have your desired color on hand.

Requests for special colors that we do not normally carry are limited to wrapped items (i.e. tools, paddles, walking sticks), not ready-made items (i.e. camera strap, binky strap, lanyards). There will be a $10 fee per special color included in your order.

Please note orders containing special colors may be delayed, per our shipping policy above.

Release of liability

I, Anthony King of Five Fifty Master Creations, am not responsible for the loss or damage of items attached to keychains, lanyards, or straps sold by Five Fifty Master Creations. Please inspect and test your product for security prior to each use to ensure your items are securely attached. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact me, Anthony King, at fivefiftycreations@gmail.com so we can find a custom resolution for you.
